PLEASE HELP. Gigapixel 8.2 closes as soon as I open it

Gigapixel 8.2 just closes whenever I open it. It immediately crashes.

I have been able to get it to stop crashing on my Mac by deleting the lastSessionFiles.txt from : Library/Application Support/Topaz Labs LLC/Topaz Gigapixel AI/Logs - but I don’t know what OS you are using…
