I would really appreciate a feature to trim out portions of a video before enhancement.
Currently the only way I can think of doing this is to use the mark in/out feature and enhance each section of the video individually and then merge the two videos back together. I would really appreciate being able to do this in one step.
Scene trimming should also take into account B and I frames, and possibly P frames. (h.265)
You can get a different result than you want using time/frame trimming, from what I know.
It’s not that simple, if you don’t want out-of-sync video or wrong audio pitch.
But if you switch to AV1 export, 90% of that crap goes away. This is yet another point that proves that AV1 is the future.
