Photshop elements 2024 Photo AI Plug In

I just downloaded the latest version of Photoshop Elements 2024 and I can get Topaz Denoise and Sharpen to run as plugins but not Photo AI. It trys to load the plug in but stalls. When I cancel the plugin an error message says the plugin failed to load. Anyone else had this problem?

Please follow the steps below to reset your Photoshop Elements plugin.

1. Close Photoshop Elements fully.
2. Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again. Get a new one from the downloads page: Topaz Labs Downloads
3. Open Photoshop Elements and check the Filter > Topaz Labs > Topaz Photo AI plugin again.

Let me know if those steps get it working again.

Hi John;
Thank you for following up with my problem.
I did try reinstalling Topaz Photo AI and the problem was not resolved.
I decided to remove and reinstall Photoshop Elements.
After reinstalling Elements, all the plugins now work (Photo AI, Denoise AI and Sharpen AI).
It is not a big issue, but Gigapixel AI (which I love) only seems to work as a standalone product.
