Running a fresh and recent installation of the Topaz package including Gigapixel AI and an existing version on PS CS5. I can view Gigapixel in PS under file/automate but when I attempt to use it while editing an image I get this error:
Could not complete the Topaz Gigapixel AI command because of a program error
I did attempt to trouble shoot by placing a fresh copy of the plugin in PS and enabled Topaz as directed in preferences.
The other odd challenge is that if I launch PS CS5 directly the link for Gigapixel, Sharpen, Denoise and Photo AI are not available. If I launch CS5 by double clicking an image all the prompts are available and Sharpen, Denoise and Photo AI work as intended.
I am working with all the latest releases of the Topaz software on a windows 11 machine.
