I use the Denoise and Sharpen plugin within Photoshop on a Windows 10 laptop, and after several sessions using them, they often fail to load, requiring me to close out Photoshop and start it again. I’ve contacted Topaz support about this issue several times, and I’m always told that my laptop isn’t configured with enough memory and/or fast enough video card. I find this hard to believe since the products work fine at first, but then fail on the fourth or fifth try. It seems to me that Topaz is failing to clear whatever cache it uses (I don’t have this issue with any other plugin). Am I the only one having this issue, and are there any solutions other than buying another laptop?
