If Photoshop crashes when invoking Photo AI, perform the following steps;
- Find the Photo AI Photoshop 2023 plugin file using this video.
- Delete the plugin file for Topaz Photo AI, then lose Photoshop fully.
- Get the latest Photo AI installer from our downloads page.
- Close Photoshop fully and run the installer which should install a new plugin file.
- Open Photoshop and try using the plugin again.
