photoAI, lightroom and cannot open output file

win10, newest lightroom cc, newest photo ai. Adjustment photos-> save to adobe lightoom classic → “error, cannot open output file”. Does not save the image to lightroom. if i go to another folder, open photo, adjustment and save same folder, no proplems… but not save to lightroom.

Can you confirm which Lightroom plugin you are having this problem with while using Topaz Photo AI

  • The RAW plugin | File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo
  • The external editor plugin | Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI
