PhotoAI keeps asking for an activation

Software states it’s a network error - check connection etc. Product was working fine previously either through Lightroom or directly opening. Have emptied cache etc but no change

So, what’s your OS? Browser? And do you use a VPN? And, if Mac OS, does Photo AI have full access to the disk?

Hi OS is Windows 10, Ive tried different browsers as suggested by Topaz, and product has full access, was working perfectly until Monday morning
