after process images with no problem, I was unable to save them

A little more information would be helpful.

If you are using as a plug-in vs. a stand alone there is a known issue as listed in this post Topaz Photo AI v1.4.0

I am using a Mac Ventura 13.2.1, PhotoShop Elements 2023 and the newest updated Topaz as a plug-in. After converting a Fuji RAW image into jpeg and processing it I pull up Topaz for the finishing touch. However, after Topaz finishes and processes the image, it will not save. I have never had this issue with older versions of Topaz.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

The issue seems to be that the plug-in version erroneously defaults to upscaling the image which can’t be done with a plug-in so it just sits there and spins. Try turning the toggle off for upscaling the image and it should save.

Turn Upscale off (set to None) in Autopilot preferences.

In photoshop when using photo AI I get the preview but then when I process it, it hangs. BUT ONLY when upscaling is involved. When I do the same thing in LR, no problem.

Thanks, Mark. I turned off enhance in PS Elements it saves the photo fine. I don’t use LR, but thanks for telling me about it.
