The following download file for Photo Paint 3 addition to TS2 on 01/22/2020 will not open or install.
(Photo Paint 3 converted from TS1.ts2)
Recieved errror message states:
(the “xll” file could not be found).
The product appears to be an awesome Topaz 2 addition.
I do have the file saved in my desktop “Downloads” folder, but have no idea how or where to install it myself.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You don’t install it - it’s a project file. In TS2 go to File>Open Image or Project and then navigate to where you saved it. If you double-click on the file it should automatically launch TS2, but I had to right click on it, then select Open With and locate TS2 the first time I tried one. During that process I checked the box to “always use this app to open TS2 files” and since then the double click method has worked. Once you have it opened in TS2 you can save it as a Look for future use.
