when using jpeg program will load 6 images but will not save them or process them
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Step 1 load multiple jpegs
- Step 2 edit said images and add to all in menue
- Step 3 try to save

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

What error are you seeing when you process the JPG files? Please take a screenshot so I can confirm what it says.
there were no error messages when i clicked apply to all and save 14 photos it saved 3. I have updated program scince but not tried it out as yet
