Photo AI will not always reopen after minimising

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open Photo AI 1.3.12 in Windows 11
  2. Open another program, then close the program when finished using it.
  3. Attempt to reopen PAI. It will often not open until the window is closed and the program is reopened again.
