Photo AI Version 2 Update Issue

When i try to download the update to AI version 2 i get thw following message:-
This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

I installed windows and graphics update and Topaz has now updated. Thanks
