Photo AI version 2.4.2 keeps crashing

Opening any JPG lets it (sometimes) load the image preview upscaled but it always ends up crashing. Things that crash the app include:

• If it can load a jpeg, it sometimes crashed during generating an auto-preview
• if it can load a jpeg and generate a preview, resizing the window crashes the app
• If it loads and generated a preview, adding any enhancement crashes it
• if it loads and generates a preview, letting it sit there a while results in a crash
• if it loads and generates a preview, attempting to save it shows the save dialog and then it crashes

I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software from a newly downloaded version and it produced the same result and problem.

I do own Affinity Photo 2 but I am not evoking it from Affinity Photo. I am loading it directly.

EDIT: I thought I would try and see if I could edit in Affinity Photo and see if it would crash. The below screenshots are the result

Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
