Have not been able to successfully run Balance Color. Receive “Error Running Model” Error.

Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.

Then rerun the installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/

I only have the recommended Windows Security Sytem settings enabled. No VPN or Proxy. Sounds like the issue is with the design of the installer and the installer needs to be fixed. A proper installer should work correctly regardless of antivirus or firewall, especially a “legit” commercial program.

Our developers are currently investigating this. We understand how cumbersome this buggy installation process is.
