Although the GUI tells me both Denoise and Sharpen are processing there is no difference to the photo. Tried both DNG and ARW files. Saved file to see if it was just a Preview issue but the photo is exactly same as the original.
It’s possible there are missing model files. Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Then rerun the installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/
