Dropbox File Request
Hi Lingyu,
I have uploaded the system data and some log files from yesterday when it happened to your Dropbox. I don’t know if that’s what was there when it happened.
I had several images in progress at the time and wanted to test and get to know the program. I scaled up the photo and got a blue preview as a result. In the view of the whole picture (zoom out preview to 100%) previously visible section of the photo was then normal to see. The remaining part was blue (blue border).
After resetting to default settings and restarting the program, the error did not occur again. So I can’t say at which settings exactly this happened.
Some other things: It would be nice if there were other language settings as well.
When scaling up, you lose quite many details in the image even though removing noise and sharpen is turned off.
Best regards
Michael Borchers
Thanks for sending the logs. I’m glad to hear it hasn’t happened again.
Supporting other languages is challenging as we are constantly changing the application. It’s something we will think about in the future.
For upscaling if you see that details are removed then try decreasing Minor Denoise. This is a weak remove noise that can decrease details.
I would also recommend trying the other Upscaling models as some are more sensitive to details than others.
