Since upgrade Topaz is running soooooo slow. It takes 5 minutes to open the image. Before it would take about 10 seconds!
I would check both the technical requirements and that your GPU drivers are up to date from the GPU manufacturers website. Even 10 seconds to open an image is slow and indicates you don’t have the hardware to run Photo AI.
No issues here on Win 11.
Should not take anything like that, even large files, I have opened 150mb files in seconds.
What gpu do you have?
Are the Topaz settings set to gpu or cpu or auto? I found on Auto it would default to cpu.

It will be on you computer system somewhere, I don’t know about Macs.
Don’t think minimac has a separate gpu card, which could be your problem.
Topaz AI uses a lot of memory.
