Photo AI stopped working. It calculates the changes but stops when applying the noise reduction and returns the unchanged photo to Lightroom. I have rebooted my computer and reinstalled Photo AI but still not working. Windows 11 PC.
I went back to Denoise and it does the same thing.
I used multiple noisy photos to test the problem.
Hi there! Please be sure to include your computer’s system profile and your logs from Topaz Photo AI so we can troubleshoot. You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder. Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.
Thanks for the info…this was my 1st feedback. The problem went away after I installed the latest update released 5/18/23.
