Photo AI Stalls While Refining Mask

After processing image with Photo AI autopilot, decided to shange Sharpening to Subject Only and Motion Blur. Stalled with process bar Refining Mask (which looked good)

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
    Select image, Edit In Topaz Photo AI
  2. Step 2 Run Autopilot
  3. Step 3 Select Sharpen Drop Down, Clicked on Motion Blur.

Note Progress bar not moving! Totally frozen, force closed Photo AI and tried again.

Ran the same steps again, eventually after sharpening Refining Mask processed.

Please try to recreate this behavior within Photo AI and then force quit the app, re-open it and immediately go to Help > Open Log Folder and share all of your log files with us so we can investigate further.

Also, please upload a copy of your system profile as well;
