Photo AI slower than the previous (not release) version

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. start up topaz ai
  2. import 600 pictures (1 pictures is approx° 20MB)
  3. click on 1 picture, do some parametrers about noise reduction and sharpen
  4. click on the picture in the list of pictures in Topaz AI and click "Apply to all”

How long does it take to process the 600 images?

Much longer that the previous version.

For 1 picture it take between 14 to 17 second.
And with the previous version it take juste between 7 to 10 seconds.

I use the application every week and i find it take more time to process than precedent version.

BUT one good point is there is no crash of the application with a number of 500 or more pictures. It’s a very good thing for me ! :smiley:

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.
