Photo AI shuts down when opening image

Photo AI shuts down on opening image. I have tried to open Tiff,ARW and JPG with same result. Shut Down. Tried Rebooting several times

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 open Photo AI
  2. Step 2 import jpg image
  3. Step 3 program shuts down
