Photo ai sharpen options not available after changing selection

Just started using Photo AI instead of older sharpen app. When changing the selection from “subject” to “all” the sharpen choices are no longer available. Or, any change from the selection choice set in preferences. Then not able to select a different sharpening method choice. All I
can see is the red mask no matter where I click. Windows 10.

Hi. Did you remember to click on the Controls Tab after changing the selection

Thanks. Ok now. Didn’t notice the dim controls selection. Brain freeze too
