Photo AI Running Very Slowly on Mac OS

Others don’t seem to be having this issue, so maybe it’s my setup. After one of the recent updates, Photo AI started running very slowly on my MacBook Pro running Ventura. I’m currently running Photo AI 1.2.5. The most recent photo I edited in Photo AI from Lightroom took exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds to complete. Although I didn’t time it previously, I’d estimate that each photo was taking 20-30 seconds. I tried to upload a system report, but got an error that the file was too large. Instead I upload two screenshots of the system report dialog.

Any suggestions on how to improve this performance would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to reproduce issue:

Launch Photo AI from Lightroom
Tweak parameters
Save to Lightroom
