Photo AI (3.2.0) now sends files back to Lightroom which Lightroom says is a “damaged file”. OSS 14.6.1 (23G93) on iMac with the following…

This problem is occurring due to an error during the installation process. Please follow the instructions below to fix this issue you are reporting:

  1. Download an installer for Topaz Photo AI from your “My Products” page.
  2. Run the Photo AI installer | Note: Ensure you have Lightroom Classic fully closed before doing this step.
  3. When you see the error appear, please ignore it and keep Topaz Photo AI.
  4. Go to your Mac System Settings > Privacy & Security tab and scroll down to the security section | Loom Video Example: Privacy & Security Settings
  5. You will see a section that says Topaz Photo AI is damaged; click the option to trust it.
  6. Run Photo AI and the application should work this time.
