This problem is occurring due to an error during the installation process. Please follow the instructions below to fix this issue you are reporting:
- Download an installer for Topaz Photo AI from your “My Products” page.
- Run the Photo AI installer | Note: Ensure you have Lightroom Classic fully closed before doing this step.
- When you see the error appear, please ignore it and keep Topaz Photo AI.
- Go to your Mac System Settings > Privacy & Security tab and scroll down to the security section | Loom Video Example: Privacy & Security Settings
- You will see a section that says Topaz Photo AI is damaged; click the option to trust it.
- Run Photo AI and the application should work this time.
