Photo AI Plugin Not Opening In Lightroom Classic

Is there any more news on a fix. I’ve just installed the latest versions of Photo AI and Lightroom Classic and still have the same problem.

same problem here woth Topaz AI … Neither plugin nor editin work for me … Photos on External drive…
I reinstalled previous version 3.30… with same result

Same issue. LR classic 14.0.1 updated 10/18/2024

PhotoAI 3.2.0 installed 10/18/2024 after uninstalling ALL topaz apps and then reinstalling only PhotoAI. I find this very frustating. I thought after 3 new updates this problem would be solved, but the same problem occurs, so I will uninstal it again and then reinstall PhotoAI 3.2.0. No good value for money. Prioritize this now please and solve it. There is still a bug in the new releases for those using an external drive.

Same issue. LR Classic 14.0.1. Just installed an update to Photo AI today and the issue is still there.

I just tried to install Photo AI version 3.3.3 over 3.2.0. Installation was OK but the Plug in to Lightroom failed to launch so I am unable to access Raw Denoise directly from Lightroom. My computer is very up to date. I have reinstalled 3.2.0 and it works fine. Could you please fix this problem as it has been around almost since I first purchased this software . . . .very disappointing.
