Photo Ai not activating

Topaz Photo AI v1.3.8 on Windows

Hi,

I just upgraded my account and whilst GigaPixel, Sharpen and DeNoise are activating fine, Photo AI is not. Every time I press the activate button, it takes me to a browser page where there is an info box confirming that the product is activated, however Photo AI does not record the activation.

I have tried shutting down the app, shutting down Windows and starting again, but the process is always the same: when I try to open Photo AI, it says its not activated, then I go through the process of being taken to the browser page which says I’m activated… but the app still says not.

HELP PLEASE!!!

Fixed!

Even though Photo AI was showing as owned - I had to “claim” a free copy of it first in order to activate it… even though the activation process online was already saying it was activated.

Same issue here with the new beta. My copy of PAI 1.3.8 works fine, but the beta won’t activate.

I suspect it thinks I don’t have enough seats, but I have 2.

All my other Topaz products are activated.

Just upgraded and all I get now is the ‘activate’ button which switches to ‘activate through browser’ when pressed… and does nothing. REALLY frustrating. The program is now totally useless.

Please disable firewall, antivirus, VPN. These applications can prevent the application from opening the browser and authenticating.
