Topaz Photo AI fails to install towards the end of the installation and shows this message: “Unable to open an internet connection.Verify connectivity before retrying” We have tried loading the software on other hardware on the same internet connection and it works fine. So did the Gigapixel upgrade. The machine that won’t load Photo AI also fails on other reliable internet connections. All other Topaz products and all other software products load just fine. It’s only Photo AI (v.1-6) that won’t finish loading. Has anyone else had this problem? W10
