I downloaded the latest update early this morning, and now it no longer works, or works very poorly. It hesitates to even load an image, and once it is loaded, it hangs up during the scan, and the progress bar does not move.

Hi @russell.yim, sorry to hear you’re running into this! Can you please try the steps below and let me know if this behavior persists?

  1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your Applications folder.
  2. Delete the plist files for Topaz Photo AI using instructions here and reboot your computer afterwards.
  3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and follow the installer once more.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
