Photo AI freezes processing or quits

Hi

Been struggling a lot with Photo AI.

Just one photo or a batch of 2000 photos it randomly freezes while “Processing” or just quits without any error/warning.

I just let Autopilot do its thing (regarding settings).

I’ve just sent a message through the “chat” icon on the https://support.topazlabs.com/ website.

Hopefully I’ll get some ideas how to troubleshoot this :slight_smile:
