Photo AI crashes while batch processing large jobs

I have an iMac running Ventura 13.6.7 and Photo AI 3.0.2. If I load a large number of files (150- 250) and start a batch operation to upsize them, I find that the Photo AI runs slower and slower until it eventually crashes. Some images down the list take as long as four minutes to process. The only work around that I can find is to reboot the computer and start again from where it crashed. After rebooting, it will run a large batch without any problems.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

If you would prefer you can securely submit your files(s) to my Dropbox using the link below. Make sure to send me a note to let me know you sent something.
