Recently updated my computer to one with NVIDIA RTX 1000 ADA card.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Load image
- Select “Graphics” image type or select reduce noise

John, I uploaded the DxDiag.txt file. I did check with Lenovo and according to them, this is the latest NVIDIA display driver update.
Can you test this as a first step:
- Open Photo AI, and before importing any files, go to Edit > Preferences > General
- In the AI Processor drop-down, change the Auto to CPU.
- Import a file and process it.

Yes, it is the NVIDIA CPU. It works fine with the CPU or the Intel graphics.
