Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open photo
  2. When reaches detecting subject program crashes

What Windows version do you use?
Also, have you tried to use another photo which is not located on your Desktop?

Windows 10

Yes I have tried various photos from different locations. Problem started when upgraded to version prior to 2.2.1, then did upgrade to 2.2.1 hoping it would fix but same problem.

Have you tried to reinstall the application?
