Photo AI selection is pretty sketchy, leaves areas un-selected it should select and selects areas it shouldn’t.
Adobe and Skylum are the only ones that have decent AI selection tools and they’re far from perfect.
The generative remove tool, on the other hand is very promising. It needs a way to undo the last remove and you should be able to run the filters after remove without saving and reopening the file, but I’m impressed.
If and when will generative expand (extend?) and fill be added? That should be in the works and work offline like remove. Photoshop’s expand works well, but online only. not acceptable for security sensitive jobs
Lastly, will Gigapixel 7 include the enhanced features from Photo AI?
