Photo AI closes before it finishes all the images

Program closes before finishing processing images.

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.

I seem to be having the same issue. I’m attaching today’s log here, along with the image sequence that is has this program crashing issue (230826-191536-6149.jpg processes fine and then crashes when working on 230826-191540-6150.jpg).

Thanks for sending this log. This is a known issue with Face Recovery that we are currently working on a solution for.

I shared this log file with my team so we can look into a fix.
