Photo AI Autopilot does not initiate noise-reduction

(Windows 10) Using Photo AI as either stand-alone or Lightroom plugin
Autopilot goes straight to sharpening and does not initiate noise-reduction at all, even when there is tremendous noise (such as on copies of slides)

My Photo AI installation is fully up to date as of today 12th Aug 23
