Photo AI adds colors to picture after processing JPEG

After processing a clean picture, pictures shows up with many different colors all over the picture, unviewable afterwards. I’m showing original and processed. Tried many times, program has latest update and it did it with prior version. It also put a green tinge to many of them. Any help? Need more info? Rookie so any help is appreciated.
