Photo AI aborts as soon as I try to adjust an image - particularly if I use the erase function - same problem I had a while ago which seemed to have been resolved when I reloaded the app and updated my Apple system - back to the frustration phase again.

We will also need the full log folder, the log file you sent in does not contain information about the crash. If you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, immediately relaunch the application and go to Help > Open Log Folder , then please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
I will note that if you recently updated to Mac OS 15.0 Sequoia, this might be why Photo AI is not working anymore. We are still ironing out some minor issues on our side. I suspect this may be the problem you are having and will be sure to confirm this with the information you send to us here.

The app works perfectly except for the erase objects process. I deleted the app that I had and reloaded it from the Topaz website - effectively the same problem that I had with the previous model which I overcame by updating my computer software and reloading Topaz - not working this time.
I think all Apple users will be experiencing the same problems.
