Latest version of Photo AI loads fine, but the minute I load pictures to work on the program crashes

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 Run Program
  2. Step 2 Load pictures to work on
  3. Step 3 Pictures load and then after 1 second the program stops and goes back to Windows

I sent my system profile to you through Dropbox. I also installed version 3.2.0 and my Photo AI is back working again.

Thanks for sending in that information.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

After the update, let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.

The Intel driver you gave me will not install on my computer because the 630 graphics is locked to the HP computer and HP has finished providing support for this computer. The video has the last driver that HP provided for this computer.
