In Photoshop, go to filters, select Topaz Photo AI, get message filter not installed (but it is and open).
In Lightroom Classic, go to File —> Plug-in Extras—> try to select but doarkened (not available).
Photo AI says plugins are now automatically installed, but I can’t seem to find them.
Disable any antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy software that might be active on your computer. These tools sometimes interfere with the installer’s ability to download the model files.
Ensure that the Topaz Photo AI installer has all the proper settings in your system by going to your Mac System Settings > Privacy & Security tab and scrolling down to the security section. You will want to make sure you have ‘App Store and identified developers’ selected | MacOS | Example of Proper System Preferences
Thanks for the suggestions. Tried them and updated to most recent versions of Topaz apps. I can reach Topaz Denoise AI and Sharpen AI from PS, but not Photo AI. There are workarounds, so all not lost.
When I try to send image in PS to Photo AI, I get an error message that PS says Photo AI is not installed. I checked the Adobe Plugin folder and all of the Topaz plugins are there.
