Photo AI 3.0.1 won't launch

I am trying to launch Photo AI 3.0.1 on my Lenovo laptop running Windows 11. I encounter a window asking me to activate the software. The 3 options, Activate, Buy License, and Free Demo, do nothing when clicking on them. This happens when I try opening through Lightroom or the software by itself. It works fine on my desktop. Closing the pop up window brings me to Photo AI in demo mode.

I have reviewed your system profile information and unfortunately, your machine is under the minimum system requirements for Topaz Photo AI. We have some more information on our Topaz Labs Documentation page that I will link below for you to review:

Your AMD RAdeon Graphics card only has 2GB of VRAM while our minimum requirement is 6GB of VRAM. This could be the why you are receiving this error.

You may want to revert back to a previous version that suites your machine using the following link:

Once you have done this, go to Edit > Preferences > General > AI Processor and select CPU in the options. Using the CPU is not ideal since the CPU RAM memory is not dedicated to graphics, but it can give you better performance. It will still not change the fact that this computer technically does not meet our minimum requirements.
