Photo AI 2.4.2 window won't stay maximized

Hello,
The 2.4.2 version of Photo AI won’t stay maximized once you move the window and then minimize it.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Start Photo AI 2.4.2 and make sure the window is maximized.
  2. Drag the window a bit in any direction by dragging on its titlebar.
  3. Maximize the window by clicking on the square button in the upper right corner of the window.
  4. Minimize the window to the taskbar by clicking on the minimize button in the upper right corner of the window.
  5. Restore the window by clicking on the program in the taskbar.

You’ll notice that the restored window is not maximized even though it was maximized before we minimized it to taskbar.

Topaz Photo AI v2.4.2 on Windows 10 Professional x64 version 22H2.
