Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1 Open Canon CRAW directly into Topaz
Step 2 After AI initial actions it appears okay
Step 3 Denoise hangs up at about 10% progress, even after 7 hours.
Previous version worked fine , now i have nothing. Windows 10, 64 bit

Thanks for reaching out. Please update to v2.0.1 which was released today and let me know if you are still having this issue.
If you are, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.

Thanks for sending the log files. It looks like this is an ONNX error during processing. I made a task for my team to look into this.
How often does this happen to you?
Every time I try the new version.
