Photo AI 2.0.7 won't start in mac

I have been using Photo AI for quite some time now and often there were bugs that I generally ignored. The problem now is the app won’t start with state (not responding) in mac. Restart the app won’t do, restart the comp doesn’t work. Uninstall and reinstall the app still doesn’t work.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open the app (Topaz Photo AI 2.0.7), and it gets stuck there

There is not anything noticeable with log there.

It seems removing the plist files does do the trick
