Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
Thanks for sending the log file. It looks like Topaz Photo AI is using the wrong model file for the graphics card when running the Raw Strong v1 model.
I made a task for my team to look into this as the 3060 should not have this issue.
