I can’t output my images. I can input them into Photo AI and work on them, but as soon as I try to export the images, Photo AI v1.4.0 closes down immediately and I have to re-open the program.
This crash happened occasionally on the old version of AI, but if I re-did the outputting, it would usually work okay after another try, or a few tries.
With the new version I installed today, the program crashes while the first image is outputting and I can’t output any shots at all.
This is a serious bug on the new software version. I hope Topaz Labs are listening.
If I was on a deadline-driven news job and this happened, I’d be in serious trouble and under serious stress. Luckily today is my day off!
