Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

Hi @penrand, are you on MacOS or Windows?

I’m on Mac. I uninstalled PhotoAI and reinstalled, had to download lots of models which took a long time (my internet is very fast but your server…). It stills creates the tiff file in LRC but it doesn’t show up in PhotoAI.

Here is the last few logs. I installed the latest version from your site but still no image loading.

@penrand Is the application freezing entirely?

If the application is freezing, please try the troubleshooting steps in this article.
Topaz Photo AI Freezes on Importing Image (Mac)

Normally I would suggest reinstalling but it looks like you already did that.
Can you make sure you disabled any firewall, antivirus, VPN, or proxy prior to installation?

No it doesn’t freeze. Just shows the PhotoAI panel and no image. I don’t have a vpn or firewall but I may try to download and install again. I’ll let you know.

Reinstalling Photo Ai is a major pain because of slow download of the models, can you make those available as a separate download?

I deleted the plist files and reinstalled and it works fine now.
