loaded new release on my Mac. Now all files edited with previous version of photo AI are gone.
None of my plug-ins work, including luminar neo and luminar ai as well as all of the topaz products.
how do I get back to the previous release when everything was working?

Updating Topaz Photo AI should not be affecting files which were already saved. Were those files on an external drive or some location that you had moved?
Which application were you using that Topaz Photo AI and those other applications were plugins for?
Topaz Photo AI updates the plugin when you run the installer, however it should not be affecting your plugins. Rebooting your computer should get the plugin to appear correctly.
Could you try the above and let me know what happens?
