In cropped/scaled images, turning noise removal off and on (for comparison purposes) changes the zoom level of the image, making comparisons difficult.
Use either of the split screen modes to view one is side by side and the other has a slider.
As for the downsize request you will need to raise a thread as an Idea.

You missed my point. The zoom level should not change on a cropped image when turning individual filters on and off. I want to be able to compare before-and-after results of a single filter (when other filters are already enabled) without having to drop all the way back to the original image or having the zoom level change.
