My Phase One P21+ files don’t work with Topaz AI. When opening via “plugin extra” menu in Lightroom, it opens only a Thumbnail image. Is this a known issue?
I believe P21 RAW are supported as it says so on the LibRAW website, I’m not sure about the TIFF versions. You have 2 options, one to raise a support request at the main website for Topaz Labs or ask on the LibRAW forum.
